Shipping policy

At Skin & Rouge by MK, every order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure your products arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Canada-Wide Shipping

We currently ship within Canada only.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or statutory holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, where available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order size and applicable carrier rates.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, weather conditions, holidays and other circumstances beyond our control.

Skin & Rouge by MK is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your order.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please retain the original packaging and provide photographs of the shipping package and product so we can assess the issue and assist you.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us promptly. We will work with the shipping carrier where possible to investigate the matter.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes or cancel the order.
